摘要:农业新质生产力是驱动农业绿色转型的核心动能。文章测算了1997-2022年中国地区农业新质生产力水平,基于双向固定效应模型和机制检验系统分析了农业新质生产力如何影响农业绿色低碳发展。研究发现:农业新质生产力显著影响农业绿色低碳发展;农业新质生产力对农业绿色低碳发展的影响具有经济区域和农业区域的异质性;农业面源污染、农业产业链延伸和农业人力资本是农业新质生产力推动农业绿色低碳发展的重要路径。为此,农业绿色低碳发展过程应全面推进农业新质生产力建设,因地制宜、精准施策,加强农业新质生产力的区域协调发展;减少农业面源污染,推动农业产业链延伸和农业人力资本发展,构建良好的农业新质生产力发展环境。

Analysis on the Green Development Effect and Mechanism of Agricultural New Quality Productivity

Abstract:Developing new agricultural productivity to promote green agricultural development is the millennium plan for the sustainable development of the Chinese nation. Based on the data from 1997 to 2022, this paper calculates the new agricultural productivity in China, and analyzes how the new agricultural productivity affects the low-carbon development of agriculture based on the Two-way fixed effect model and the mechanism test system. The results show that the agricultural new productivity has a significant negative impact on agricultural carbon emission intensity; The impact of agricultural new productivity on agricultural low-carbon development is heterogeneous in economic region, agricultural region and time; Agricultural non-point source pollution, extension of agricultural industrial chain and agricultural human capital are important paths for agricultural new quality productivity to promote agricultural green and low-carbon development. Therefore, in the process of agricultural low-carbon development, we should comprehensively promote the construction of agricultural new quality productivity, adjust measures to local conditions, and implement precise policies to strengthen the regional coordinated development of agricultural new quality productivity; Reduce agricultural non-point source pollution, promote the extension of agricultural industry chain and the development of agricultural human capital, and build a good environment for the development of new agricultural productivity.
